Booking Information

Bookings can be made by telephone on 086 795 8015 or 091 448 050 between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00. All potential clients should call to discuss treatment before booking. In the event that I am unable to take your call, please leave a message with your name and a return number. I will endeavour to get back to you within 24hrs.

Payment is due at the end of your session and is payable in cash or cheque.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFER

If a client requests a transfer to an alternative session slot and the request is received within 48 hours of the original session time, there will be no fee. If a client fails to attend the session without giving 48 hours notice the client will be paying the full session cost.

CANCELLATION BY POSITIVE CHANGE HYPNOTHERAPY

Positive Change reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual without reason.

When you book, all personal data provided will be used in accordance with data protection laws.

UNFORSEEN EVENTS

Positive Change Hypnotherapy is entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of service(s) (including session materials) if prevented from or hindered or delayed in obtaining or delivering the services (including session materials) as a result of any circumstances beyond reasonable control.
